We do not guarantee that packages shipped, will not be broken or damaged. To return your product for a refund, You must pay all shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping over fifty dollars we suggest that you track your package and add insurance. We do not guarantee you will receive your package(S) back once you have paid for the shipping cost through whatever mail carrier you choose/chosen. 

 

Refunds:  You have seven days after you receive your package/s to return your merchandise. You can return unused, unopened items. We do not receive open packages.  There are no refunds after the 7-day mark of return. There are no exchanges/ replacements.  Once the items are returned and in our possession before the 7-day mark and approved you will receive your refund.
